Thinking Outside the Box: Vehicle Wraps in Unusual Places

Everyone has seen terrific examples of vehicle wraps as they’ve driven the highways. From food trucks to delivery vans, vehicle wraps are one of the best forms of advertising. But did you know that you can go beyond vehicles with vehicle wraps?
With a little creativity, vehicle wraps can be used in a multitude of other ways, and our team has seen and designed many of them!

Customer requests have come into KORT, and our creative team has responded. Here are just a few examples:

  • Skateboards
  • Helmets
  • Popcorn Stands

All of these creative applications were developed with the input of curious customers and the KORT design/application team. The list of options for vehicle wraps could go on and on. We talked with KORT graphic designer Spencer Bowen about the benefits of thinking outside the box when it comes to vehicle wraps and some of the most creative projects he has had the chance to work on. Here’s what he had to say:

“Food truck wraps are always fun. I did a wrap for a local company called Little Tomato. I’ve done a cool van wrap for The Minnesota United Football Club, as well as some cool wraps in kids’ rooms (hockey rink wall wraps). I’ve wrapped skateboard decks, hockey helmets, and even sports cars. I love being challenged to come up with a unique way of representing a company through vehicle wraps.”

Other possible uses for vehicle wrap installation include:Company logos on conference tables

  • Customized “Corn Hole” boards
  • Surfboards
  • Windsurfer boards
  • Boats
  • Motorcycles
  • Craft vendor displays
  • Metal work sheds
  • Metal refuse containers
  • Bar/counter serving areas
